Dixie Fund, LLC “The Fund” is a real estate holding company based in Roswell, Georgia. The Fund was established in 2007 and sources deals within Georgia and also owns property in the Carolinas. Target property types include recreational, residential, and commercial. The Fund currently owns commercial property and long-term positions in high yielding public equity.
